Regulations Golden Apartments

The customer making the booking the apartment, at the same time accepts the present rules of procedure, which is an integral part of a rental contract apartment.

1.      Check-In from 2 pm, check out to 12 noon. There is a possibility of an earlier report in consultation with the staff member Apartments Old City. In case of later check out (after 12.00 but before 14.00) the guests will be charged 50PLN/12EUR, in case of late checkout after 14.00 full charge for next night applies, unless agreed on paper different times with the person responsible for handling keys.

2.      The fee per stay is payable in advance on the day of arrival, on receipt of keys, payment only in polish zloty, currency change is allowed only if agreed with apartment owner

3.      Guest is obliged to respect the principles of good neighborhood, including the quiet night hours (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.).

4.      Smoking at the apartment and in the corridor is forbidden.

5.      Organizing social events is prohibited in the apartment. By organizing social events, prohibitive for other tenants, the company Apartments Old City may get a penalty of 200 Euro. In case of constant breaking above rules or other flagrant behaviour customer can be asked for immediate apartment leaving without refund.

6.      All defects arising in the apartment, should be immediately submitted to an employee Apartments Old City. For defects caused by the fault of the customer will be charged appropriate monetary compensation. Deposit of 250 EUR is charged as breakage and returned upon check-out.

7.      Moving furniture and other equipment in the apartment is not allowed.

8.      In the case of lost keys from the apartment the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 50 zloty.

9.      The number of people present in the apartment is limited to the number reported in the Reservation. If the number of people is greater than that given in the booking Apartments Old City may require additional charges.

10.  A child under the age of 3 (one per two adults) who shares sleeping arrangements with adults or is in a cot (additional charge 10 PLN), and needs no additional bedding, does not have to pay a per-person rate during the whole stay. Other children than specified above are counted towards the usual price.

11.  Bedlinned in the apartment are limited to 1 /person for each started 4 days period, additional towels, pillows with pillowcases are available on request with additional charge 5 PLN /each piece

12.  The guest may take with them small domestic animals, specifically a dog or a cat, only after owner’s agreed. The charge for a pet is 30 PLN per night

13.  In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, Apartments Old City reserves the right to change the booked apartment to another with the same class or higher, and in the absence of a free apartment to cancel the reservation.

14.  In case of circumstances impossible to predict whose effects cannot be reverted by common means the owner reserves the right to provide substitute accommodation similar to the accommodation initially booked. The owner has the right to cancel the rental contract in case of events caused by force majored. This also concerns the cases when safety of the guest and their belongings, for reasons independent of the owner, cannot be guaranteed. The amount of money paid by the guest is returned upon deduction of the amount charged for the service already provided.
